Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their laboratory appointment any time prior to visiting the lab and specimen being taken. Unfortunately, the nature of the services does not allow returns once the specimen is taken . Therefore, Express Medical Experts is unable to accept any cancellation after specimen is taken and completion of your lab visit. Get full a refund for up to 3 days if test is not performed. Orders which are older than 3 days are considered void, may not be redeemed for services, and are no longer applicable for refunds or credits of any kind.
